Shipping methods and delivery delay
The shipping methods proposed on LeGacy Poke Japan are:
・DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (by DHL)
Mail sent by post is first picked up by the Japanese National Post in Japan, then picked up and delivered by the national post of the recipient country once it arrives there.
If you choose Japan Post shipping method, you are strongly advised to track the parcel on your country post official website once your order arrive in your country.
For the simple reason that the tracking will be much more detailed than that provided by the Japanese Post. Paper transit notices are tending to give way to digital transit notices. It will then be listed on the post office site of your country where you must go to collect your package. Something that is not written on the site of the Japanese Post.
DHL modes are express shipments.
Please note that delivery times for mail delivered by post vary.
They depend on several criteria such as public holidays, weather, natural disasters, holidays, strikes, holiday periods, exceptional situations and force majeure, etc.
It's also not uncommon for mail sent out a few days apart to arrive out of order. You may place one order, then another a few days later, and the most recent order will arrive first.
We recommend that you regularly follow up on your mail.
You will be able to check if your mail is waiting for you at the post office in the event of a transit advice note not left in your mailbox.

Warning. If you are staying with a person whose name on the letterbox is different from yours, please indicate in the address, Mr. or Mrs. such, otherwise the package may be returned with the mention NPAI (does not live in the 'address indicated). And do not use a PO BOX for delivery.
