Refund Policy

1.YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - RETURN COST IS PAID BY YOU.
20% fee of your total amount will be charged if you cancel.
20% fee of your total amount will be charged + shipping fees if you cancel once the order has been sent.
You need to ask to us within 7days since the pack arrived at your hands.
Change mind, not reading the description, or mistake purchase etc...the reason of return is not on us.
In this case you need to pay return cost.
After receive the pack, we will refund money excepting initial shipping cost.
If you have opened Brand-new sealed items, we can't accept return by any reason.


2.OUR RESPONSIBILITY - RETURN COST IS PAID BY US.
You need to ask to us within 7days since the pack arrived at your hands.
Damaged items etc..the reason of return is on us.
In this case we pay return cost after receive the pack.
We can cover the return cost within $20, if it will be over $20, you need to pay the difference. Please keep the receipt of shipment.
And to return or refund, you need to show the pictures or video to show the defect to us, please understand and cooperate with us.
100% of the total value of the order or product will be refunded if we made an inventory error and the product is not available after a few days or if the supplier was unable to keep up with the requested amount of stock when it comes to a pre-order. No responsable about fees or value fluctuation.

The refund from an order paid by credit card may take 10 working days to appear on your bank account statement.
The yen is the base currency. We receive and refund in yen. We do not take into account the fluctuation of the value of currencies on the financial market.


3. THE RETURN BY DHL. THE REASON OF : "UNCLAIMED" , "REFUSED" ,"INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS(INCLUDING UNKNOWN/MOVED) "
** If you don't receive DHL Shipment by your reason "Unclaimed" , "Refused" ,"Insufficient Address(including Unknown/Moved) "etc, sometimes the pack is not returned to us and just discarded by DHL, in this case we can't refund any money.
Or even if DHL returns the pack to us , we will refund only 80% of the item price. (We need to deduct 20% Fee) And we are afraid we will refuse your future use in both case.



***Important : In the case You didn't get any Notice from DHL. Rarely tracking shows "Unclaimed or Notice Left(Retention)..etc", even if you didn't get the notice.Please check the tracking status often by yourself, because when your pack is returned to us or discarded by "Unclaimed or Notice Left(Retention)", we can't accept the reason you didn't receive any notice.Because we have to rely on official tracking results for fair judgement.



We guarantee all the displayed items are authentic
The cost of return is based on our return policy.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyers responsibility.
Please check with your countries customs office for additional costs first.
